agreement between you and Wallaby Friends.
Wallaby Friends was i=

created to help strengthen the relationship between the United States of
America and Australia by providing various programs and memberships to assi=

with this purpose. Some services included, but are not limited to: Wallaby Friends Pen-Pal Program, Wa=
llaby
Friends Membership and Wallaby Partners. Wallaby Friends aims to expand into
other international countries in the near future.

WALLABY INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS PROGRAM / WALLABY
FRIENDS MEMBERSHIP
Wallaby International=
Partners
Program is an avenue whereby establishments (this term also encompasses:
companies / organizations / sole proprietors / owners of businesses) can jo=
in
to provide our customers with the opportunity to receive ‘memorable
experiences’ at their particular establishment. ‘Memorable experiences’=
; can
be defined as, but not limited to: offers, special rates, added extras/bonu=
ses
(i.e. tickets, food, merchandise, etc), discounts, etc.
This program was init=
ially
created to offer experiences to customers residing in Australia and the USA,
Wallaby Friends decided to expand upon this initial program in 2011 to
encompass ‘other’ international countries, that seemed suitable=
to
our company goal and strategy, this change was called Wallaby International
Partners Program. All our est=
ablishments
will operate under this program. Those establishments from Australia & =
USA
that signed up for the Wallaby Partner program will automatically be enroll=
ed
under Wallaby International Partners Program.
Our customers must pu=
rchase a
‘Wallaby Friends Membership’ card, in order to redeem the
‘memorable experience’ at each establishment, partnered with us
under ‘Wallaby International Partners’ Program. The card holder
must present the card in person at the establishment. The card can be used
multiple times throughout the Agreement period. Replacement cards are issued
for a nominal fee.
All establishments th=
at join
to become a ‘Wallaby International Partner’ must sign a complet=
ed
Application Form and Agreement. Each
establishment is required to honor the ‘Wallaby Friends Membership=
217;
card when presented at their establishment. Although establishments are welcom=
e to
offer Wallaby Friends customers a ‘memorable experience’ (offer=
),
Wallaby Friends reserves the right not to accept all applications. Wallaby Friends reserves the right=
, but
has no obligation to conduct a dispute resolution process, should an
establishment fail to not honor the card as indicated in their signed Agree=
ment
with Wallaby Friends. Wallaby
Friends may at their discretion terminate the establishments account solely=
for
this reason. Wallaby International Partner establishments agree not to alte=
r,
amend, change any clauses in the Agreement, if clauses are changed, the Wal=
laby
International Partner establishment must first discuss it with Wallaby Frie=
nds
who if agreed to the change/s, will undergo the alteration to the Agreement.
Under no circumstances can a Wallaby International Partner establishment
discuss their Agreement with any of our Partnered companies or any other th=
ird
party company, should it be presented to Wallaby Friends that this has
occurred, Wallaby Friends will terminate the involving establishments
Agreements effective immediately, with or without notice.
Wallaby Friends promo=
tes each
‘Wallaby International Partner’ through website advertising. We=
bsite
ad placement and display may change as our sites continually evolve and
differing search, categories fields are added. At our customer’s disc=
retion,
they purchase a ‘Wallaby Friends Membership’ card based on the
ability to receive the ‘memorable experience’ at each
establishment. As an issuer of the Wallaby Friends Membership card, Wallaby
Friends cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable
control. For this reason, each
establishment shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, damages,
claims, liabilities, costs, illness, court costs, etc suffered in whole or =
in
part by our customers using and visiting the establishment.
As a Wallaby Friend
Membership card holder you agree to abide by the terms of use of the card a=
nd
your ability to redeem any ‘memorable experience’ on the card i=
s at
your sole discretion, control and responsibility. You, the customer, cannot hold Wal=
laby
Friends liable for any damages beyond our reasonable control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If any violations of =

terms and conditions of this website or of applicable law are reported or
noted, we reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse initial or additi=

used for corresponding to another ‘applicant’ in either Austral=

or USA, to ensure privacy and security is maintained for all members involv=

in our penpal program/s. At Wallaby Friends, we recommend that Nicknames ca=
n be
animals, cartoon characters, etc.
We advised strongly against the use of inappropriate names been chos=
en,
in which case, a staff member at Wallaby Friends will contact the
individual’s parent / legal guardian involved, to advise of an
alternative more suitable Nickname.

will not be informed of the actual school (or real name of the individual) =

are corresponding with, with the exception of the country and state in which
that school (and/or individual) resides. The membership database to the Wal=
laby
Friends program is not connected to the internet. It is recommended that the
parent/legal guardian of the member enrolled in the Wallaby Friends Program
contacts Wallaby Friends immediately should they become aware of any
inappropriate material (including but not limited to photos, etc) or breach=
of
any individual privacy information is exchanged during the course of
membership.
HOW DO I ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE =
MY
INFORMATION?
At any =
time
parents of the child participating in the Wallaby Friends Pen Pal Programs,=
can
refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their child
and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted =
from
our records. Parents / Legal Guardians can deny access, change, or delete t=
he
personally identifiable information that we have collected from their child=
ren
by sending an email to admin@wallabyfriends.com.
In addi=
tion to
this, Wallaby Friends requires that all changes, updates, deletions of
information, opting out of requests be made directly to admin@wallabyfriend=
